Blue Ivy Carter

Jayz and Beyonce welcome a beautiful baby girl to the world. They named her Blue Ivy Carter. No word on how much she weighs or other details yet. As to be expected because of her superstar parents hospital staff are being required to turn in cell phones when reporting for their shifts and multiple security guards are patrolling outside of the delivery room. Congratulations to Jay and Bey. Enjoying the gift of parenthood.
